Week 27: Vigil, Death Stranding, Lunar

Vigil

Last week I got to attend a vigil for the killing of a forest defender in Atlanta at Clark Park. I got to help the Food Not Bombs crew distribute soup, bagels, and croissants to people at the park as well. It felt good to be out there and to see people caring about this issue.

A sign that says, "Rest in Protest Tortugita" on a turtle statue. There are candles surrounding the statue as well.

Death Stranding

I started playing Death Stranding on my computer. This game is beautiful, and it runs well on Linux, too! I kinda just started, but I’m liking it so far. It feels like I’m watching a movie–my friend described it as a “walking simulator.”

Lunar New Year

Finally, I got to celebrate the lunar new year with some friends.

Fish were projected onto the wall at the lunar new year celebration.

Bonus Content

I got to bottle the kombucha and added blueberry-pomergranate flavor to it. I’m excited to have cheap kombucha again!
